Trekking and hiking

The days of hiking include, depending on the level of the trip, between 4 and 8 hours of walking per day. They start early, with the sun, the rhythm can be sustained and it can be hot!

The elevations are not necessarily important, however, good physical condition is essential to fully enjoy this type of trip.

During these days, the walks in the mountains are done on more or less well marked paths. We will sometimes have to create our trace. We do not touch on the mountaineering aspect and even less on climbing, we are, with these trips, on purist trekking.

Always in a group, these trips are “slices of life together” which require a good aptitude for life in a group.
